On 29 October at 5:00 PM, at the Università per Stranieri di Siena, on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition Mostrarsi Straniere. The Reception of Extra-European Arts and Cultures in Italy (1945–2000), Alessandra Acocella, Caterina Toschi and Luca Pietro Nicoletti will present Senzacornice Journal and the first issue of the new series, The Exhibition of Travelling.
The exhibition — the fourth edition of the educational project La straniera | Il laboratorio delle mostre, curated by Caterina Toschi — explores the role of images on display as a form of mediation between different cultures. It will be open to the public at Via Pispini 1, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, until 28 February 2026.
Speakers will include Tomaso Montanari, Giuseppe Marrani, Angela Terzani Staude and Saskia Terzani, and the exhibition curators Livia de Pinto, Andrea Lanzafame, Biancalucia Maglione, Nicole Pecoitz, Yasmin Riyahi, Rachele Zanone.
